Ordering and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Saudi Riyals and inclusive of VAT.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.
All payments must be made in full before we dispatch your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order.
Delivery
We offer free delivery within Jeddah for orders over SAR 500. For orders below SAR 500, a delivery fee of SAR 50 will apply.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to you on delivery.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
We will not accept returns for any items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or any products purchased from us.
Our liability in respect of any defect in or failure of the products supplied or for any loss, injury or damage attributable thereto is limited to the price of the products.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
